What people are saying...
"I love doing Rachel's Glow Integrative reset programs and have done both the winter and spring resets last year and loved both so much. I am so excited to join the Fall reset! I printed the workbooks and loved that each day there was a simple number of self-care and check-in tasks for me to do, like taking my supplements and getting my daily movement in. I loved how each day's tasks were ones that set a foundation for wellness routines that I carried on with me beyond the reset- like taking deep breaths first thing in the morning and before sleep, doing a daily "brain drain" before bed and setting an intention for the next day and avoiding processed foods. I remember telling her I can't remember the last time I slept that deeply. It shows what a foundation of wellness habits woven into your day can do for our wellbeing. I can't wait to do her Fall reset! I'm so grateful for Rachel and her expertise! Ready for a new season of wellness!"

Co-Founder, Acupuncturist & Integrative Health Coach at Glow Integrative

Rachel is a registered acupuncturist, integrative health coach, and women’s functional and integrative medicine practitioner. She is also a kinesiologist, yoga teacher, clinical exercise physiologist, and co-founder of Glow Integrative Clinic, where she is dedicated to advancing women’s health across the lifespan.
Her mission is to inspire, educate, and empower women to feel knowledgeable and confident in their health. Rachel helps her clients not only feel better, but thrive—supporting physical, mental-emotional, spiritual, environmental, and social well-being with an individualized, whole-person approach.
Rachel’s path into healthcare began with her own experiences as a ballet dancer plagued by injuries. Her curiosity about the human body and its ability to heal was sparked as a teenager through acupuncture treatments, which planted the seeds for her career. When a serious car accident ended her professional dance aspirations, she redirected her passion into studying the science of health and healing.
She earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary (2007) and a Master of Arts in Kinesiology and Health Psychology from the University of Victoria (2009). Recognizing the need for a more comprehensive approach to care, she went on to complete a Diploma in Acupuncture at Pacific Rim College (2014) and later the Women’s Functional & Integrative Medicine Professional Training Program (2023) with Dr. Aviva Romm. She has pursued advanced training in women’s integrative medicine, cosmetic and facial acupuncture, sports and orthopedic acupuncture, and acupuncture for cancer-related symptom management.
With more than two decades of study and practice, Rachel has built a diverse and robust toolkit that sets her apart from other practitioners. She blends evidence-based integrative medicine, acupuncture, mind-body practices, and lifestyle medicine to provide holistic, transformative care.
Her clinical area of passion is supporting the intersection of nervous system health and hormone health, and ultimately the impact that stress can have on women's health and hormones.
If you're ready to reset your relationship with self-care, rebalance your nervous system, and refresh your hormones, this 14-day program is for you.
