Meet the Facilitators

Dr. Ayla Lester
Naturopathic Doctor at Glow Integrative
Dr. Ayla Lester is a Naturopathic Doctor with advanced training in women’s health, hormones, and complex chronic conditions. Her practice is rooted in lifestyle medicine—the daily habits, relationships, and rituals that form the foundation of long-term vitality.
With a special focus on women’s health, Dr. Lester supports patients through the many stages of hormonal change, addressing fertility, menstrual health, thyroid function, stress, metabolism, and the transitions of peri- and post-menopause. She also has extensive experience in treating chronic and multifactorial health concerns such as autoimmune disease, mold illness, chronic infections, and mast-cell activation syndrome, drawing on both clinical expertise and personal experience.
In addition to her integrative medical practice, Dr. Lester brings creativity and precision to aesthetics and anti-aging medicine. By combining holistic health principles with aesthetic treatments, she helps women feel more radiant and confident in their own skin. Her toolkit includes prescriptive rights, IV vitamin therapy, advanced injections, minor surgery, acupuncture, and cosmetic neuromodulators such as Botox and dermal fillers.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Lester enjoys lifting weights at F45, exploring new places, and fueling her passion for fitness and nutrition with green juice and strong coffee. She shares her home with her beloved sphynx cat, Thomas, and carries a deep commitment to helping her patients thrive—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Susannah Stewart
Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at Glow Integrative
Susannah Stewart is a pelvic health physiotherapist who takes a gentle, integrative approach to care—one that honours the connection between mind, body, and nervous system. She weaves together yoga, sex education, and trauma-informed practices to help patients feel more embodied, empowered, and supported in their healing.
Her own pelvic floor challenges led her to seek care from a pelvic physiotherapist, an experience that inspired her career path. Today, Susannah works collaboratively with mental health professionals to ensure patients receive holistic, coordinated support, recognizing the profound ways that trauma and mental health impact pelvic health.
Susannah supports individuals across a wide range of concerns, including pelvic pain, urinary urgency and incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, painful sex, painful vulva, constipation, low back pain, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, perimenopause and menopause transitions, as well as preparation for and recovery from gender-affirming and other pelvic surgeries.
Deeply inspired by the courage and vulnerability of her patients, Susannah is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate space for healing. Outside of the clinic, she loves to sing, dance, swim in lakes, practice yoga, play with fashion, and spend time with dogs.
