Designed for complete beginners, rusty runners, and anyone craving structure, accountability, and community, this program gives you everything you need to confidently train for a 5K or 10K—with support from experienced practitioners who truly understand women’s health, stress, energy, and whole-body wellness.

A gentle, guided way to build strength, confidence, and momentum

Each week, you’ll train with Glow’s Registered Dietitian, Liv Rahal, and Registered Acupuncturist, Carlene Harms. Their combined expertise in nutrition, biomechanics, injury prevention, and whole-person wellness ensures your running journey is grounded in evidence-based support and care.

This isn’t a “push harder” program—it’s a steady, sustainable progression that meets you exactly where you are and guides you forward one achievable step at a time.

What’s included

Weekly Run Club Sessions

Tuesdays from 6–7 p.m.
Starting February 3, 2026
Beginning and ending at Glow Integrative on Cadboro Bay Road

Each session includes:

  • A guided warm up with runner specific stretches
  • A structured group run with pacing and distance groups for all levels

  • A cool down and stretch

  • Mini lessons from your coaches on topics like injury prevention, proper fueling and hydration, technique and form, energy management, supportive cross training

You’ll also be given programming for two additional runs on your own through the week using your program plan.
