A dynamic, accessible strength training series you can do from home. Build functional strength, confidence, and resilience with minimal equipment and expert guidance. Bands and hand weights are supportive for these practices. Join Rachel Mark, Kinesiologist, Acupuncturist and Yoga Teacher as she guides you through four strength building practices you can do at home.
Quickie Strength
This 30 minute strength practice focuses on building upper body strength and mobility.

Dynamic Strength
In this 57 minute strength workout, Rachel will take you through mobility and stabilization work, and then into weight-based full body strength training.

Circuit Style Strength
 This 55 minute strength practice uses a circuit style format while moving through the foundational movements of hinge, squat, lunge, push, pull and carry. You’ll get your muscles activating and your heart rate up.

Core & Upper Body StrengtheningÂ
This 30 minute practice incorporates a resistance band to help build strength through the core and upper body. Lots of adaptations are provided so you can experience the benefit!
