Let your body soften and your nervous system settle. These deeply restorative yoga sessions invite rest, recovery, and replenishment from the inside out. Join Rachel Mark, Acupuncturist and Yoga teacher as she guides you through three restorative yoga practices.

Practices included:

Heart Opening Restorative Yoga
This 60 minute heart opening restorative practice focuses on opening the front areas of the body through sustained and supported holds. You will want pillows and a bolster to support your practice. If you don’t have a bolster, you can take 2-3 fluffy bath towels and roll them up to create a cylinder shape.

Restorative Yoga for Sleep
Help your body prepare for sleep with this 42 minute gentle restorative yoga practice designed to help you unwind. You will want pillows and a bolster to support your practice. If you don’t have a bolster, you can take 2-3 fluffy bath towels and roll them up to create a cylinder shape.

Restorative Yoga for Low Back Pain
This one hour restorative yoga practice uses postures that open the low back to help ease tension and discomfort. You will want pillows and a bolster to support your practice. If you don’t have a bolster, you can take 2-3 fluffy bath towels and roll them up to create a cylinder shape.
