Aligned & Strong- Postural Support Series

Support your spine, improve your alignment, and feel stronger in your everyday movement. These targeted practices combine mobility, core activation, and postural awareness. Join Rachel Mark, Kinesiologist, Acupuncturist and Yoga Teacher as she guides you through three postural practices to support alignment and strength.


Practices included:
✨Postural strength and stretch
Proper posture comes from a balance of stretched and strengthened areas of the body. Join us for this 43 minute practice designed to bring strength into your postural support muscles and stretch out areas that often contribute to poorer posture. 

✨Screen Time Tension Reliever
This 30 minute screen time tension reliever helps break up your day sitting and looking at a screen. Gently moving through stretches for areas that tighten up with increased screen time, these movements can be done as a full practice together or taken as needed for daytime relief.

✨Postural Strength
This 35 minute strength practice supports core and hip stabilization which are the foundation of good posture. You will want a dowel or pole (a broomstick works well) and a chair.
