 Practices included:
✨Yoga Flow
This energizing 51 minute yoga flow is designed for stretch and strength. Opening through the body while connecting your mind to your breath.

Morning Wake Up Flow
Start your day with some gentle movement! This 27 minute flow helps softly wake up your joints, calm your mind, and prepare you for a great day ahead.

Twist and Hips
This 32 minute practice is designed to mobilize your hips and spine through gentle twists and softening hip postures. You will want a pair of yoga blocks (books work well too) and a bolster or pillow to support this practice.

Yin Yang Flow
A yin yang flow is the perfect combination of movement for body and mind. In this 48 minute practice, you will start with more flow based movements and then work through longer holds towards the end. You will want a pair of yoga blocks (books work well too) and a bolster or pillow to support this practice.
