Embracing Change & Navigating Menopause is a four-part virtual series led by four of Glow Integrative's team. 

Each session offers a unique perspective and practical tools to help you navigate perimenopause and menopause with confidence and support. All sessions are held on Zoom from 7–8 pm PST.

  • Thursday, Oct 9: Introduction to Perimenopause: Symptoms & Treatment Supports
    Dr. Ayla Lester, Naturopathic Doctor, provides an overview of perimenopause, exploring common symptoms and treatment options, including Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT).

  • Thursday, Oct 16: Pelvic & Sexual Health
    Susannah Stewart, Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, discusses how to maintain pelvic and sexual health during this stage of life, offering strategies for confidence, comfort, and fulfillment.

  • Thursday, Oct 23: Using Food as Medicine for Hormone & Symptom Support
    Amber Baker, Holistic Nutritionist, shares how food can be used as medicine to support hormone balance and ease menopausal symptoms.

  • Thursday, Oct 30: Lifestyle, Movement, Stress Management & Supportive Modalities
    Rachel Mark, Registered Acupuncturist, highlights lifestyle shifts, movement practices, stress management techniques, and other supportive approaches to enhance overall well-being and vitality.

All sessions are held on zoom, from 7-8pm PST. Recordings and resources will be made available following the session. Participants will also receive a full workbook to support them through the program.
